Status Certificate Request

Paper copies are no longer produced. ** As per Section 76 (3) of the Ontario Condominium Act, The Corporation shall provide the status certificate within 10 days after receiving a request and payment of the fee. Once a request is submitted you will be contacted by one of our Team Members to confirm receipt of your request and to provide payment options. If you do not receive an email from our team within one (1) business day please contact us immediately. If your request is time sensitive, we do offer rush services at an additional cost when available. Please request this option in the comments field and one of our Team Members will reach out to discuss further. Should the rush services be available, our team will confirm in writing at the time of request. Rush services are not guaranteed to be available at all times so it is important that you consider this when timing your request. *** Please note an administrative fee of $25.00 will apply if the following occurs: 1) Payment is submitted in an amount that is different than the amount requested by our General Manager of Corporate Services. We will refund the difference less the $25.00 administrative fee for processing and issuing a refunding cheque. If the payment is for less than the required amount, the request will not be actioned. 2) Payment is submitted for a property we do not manage and payment was not requested to be sent.
